Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns to promote products or services.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Marketing department.
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to the marketing mix.
- Manage promotional activities such as advertising, public relations, events, direct mail, etc.
- Develop pricing strategy to maximize profits and market share.
- Monitor competitor activity and generate reports.
- Manage relationships with media outlets and coordinate promotional events or activities.
- Oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Supervise staff members in the Marketing department (copywriters, graphic designers, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required; Master.
