- Approve or reject loan requests, based on credibility and potential revenues and losses.
- Create credit scoring models to predict risks.

- Assess and improve current practices and procedures to ensure the best industry standards.
- An analytical approach to work, good with processing and analyzing complex data.

- Experience working within a culture that requires adaptability, fast decision-making, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
