Responsibilities

  • Translate the vision, mission and strategy of the company into its daily HR functions.
  • Establish/ maintain local HR policies and procedures, including an employee handbook
  • Consistently recruit highly competent, responsible and accountable staff, through direct head-hunting as well as working with local recruitment agencies and ensuring fair and equitable hiring practices are put in place and followed.
  • Maintain confidential local personnel systemized records.
  • Manage employee health benefits plans with local provider.
  • Work closely with local legal counsel to ensure compliance with local labor law requirements.
  • Establish on-boarding plans and ensure all newly hired staff are onboarded accordingly and fully understand all HR policies and best practices.
  • Support staff to resolve conflicts and establish performance management plans when needed.
  • Manage annual performance appraisal process to secure maximizing the profitability.
  • Conduct annual ethics policy review in accordance with Internal policy.
  • Monitor and track leave and holiday allowances.
  • Training, counseling and coaching our staff as Human development and continuous change is our corporate lifestyle.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  • Conducting performance and wage reviews.
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Participating and activating establish lean processes, dynamic models, digital systems.
  • Creating clear and concise reports.
  • Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
  • Establishing the career path for each of the jobs, together with backup and succession plans and policies.
  • Leading Human Resources team.
  • Updating the organization structure.
  • Updating job descriptions.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration or equivalent.
  • Master’s degree in HRM or any related field is preferable.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English languages – a third language will be considered as an extra point
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • High level of common software competencies - Microsoft word and Excel are required.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
