- Business requirements gathering, analysis, and translation of business requirements into functional and technical solutions design.
- Prepare design documents, and demonstrate solutions.
- Prepare training manuals, and conduct user training.
- Prepare test scenarios and support the business users during the testing of the solution and configure different SCM modules in different environments throughout the project.
- Propose solutions for the gaps between the current processes adopted by the customers and SAP best practices.
- Takes ownership of problems or support issues that arise in the operation of assigned systems, ensuring that all issues are resolved expediently.
- Support SCM and other team members throughout the project.
- Maintains detailed knowledge of the current applications technologies and upcoming updates.
- Works with end-users to provide functional and technical expertise for system & business issues.
- Build know-how and develop expertise in domain field products.
- Provide daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.
