Cybersecurity Product Manager

- Drive achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets for cybersecurity product lines.
- Define and implement product strategies that support market expansion and revenue growth.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with cybersecurity vendors in line with business and market needs.
- Support channel development by collaborating with sales teams to onboard and grow partners and resellers.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to guide product positioning.
- Provide product and technical support to sales teams during customer engagements, proposals, and presentations.
- Deliver ongoing product training to internal teams and channel partners.
- Monitor inventory aging through warehouse or ERP systems to ensure healthy stock levels.
- Oversee credit terms and ensure timely collection within agreed payment cycles.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy and visibility.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from launch through end-of-life, including updates and enhancements.
- Carry out additional duties as required to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in distribution sales, preferably within a product management or leadership role.
- Strong experience in the Saudi Arabian distribution market.
- In-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives and build long-term relationships with vendors and channel partners.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer insights.
- Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
