Responsibilities
- Deploy updates and fixes.
- Provide Level 2 technical support.
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience.
- Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems.
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues.
- Develop scripts to automate visualization.
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.

- Create, manage, and enhance CI/CD pipelines to streamline development processes and enable faster, error-free deployments.
- Develop scripts and automation tools to optimize deployment, configuration, monitoring, and other operations.
- Set up monitoring tools, analyze performance metrics, and troubleshoot issues across infrastructure, applications, and networks to ensure uptime and efficiency.
Qualifications
- BSc in Computer Science or relevant field.
- 5-5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role within a software development environment.
- Proficient with git and git workflows, TFS.
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Good English language.
- Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services).
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment).
- Familiarity with Jenkins for automation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Working knowledge of Docker for containerization.
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Proficiency in cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and managing cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools, such as Kubernetes.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell, to support
- Familiarity with configuration management tools, like Ansible, Chef, or Terraform.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack
- (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
