Network and Infrastructure Administrator

- Perform daily monitoring to verify the integrity and availability of all hardware resources, review system logs, and ensure all components function as expected.
- Execute regular backup operations, ensuring all data is securely backed up and media is managed according to company policy.
- Provide prompt response and resolution to network-related issues as reported through the Helpdesk or by direct request.
- Maintain communication with all impacted parties during system outages or maintenance periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum from 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical support role with a strong focus on network and infrastructure management.
- In-depth knowledge of networking, including hands-on experience with switches, routers, and other networking hardware.
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to document processes accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Professional communication and presentation skills necessary for interacting with both local and international team members.
- Continuous self-development to keep pace with global IT advancements.
