- Experience in change management.
- Experience in managing complex or medium-size projects.
- Familiar with the governance of ICT.
- Familiar with the culture of the country/region.
- Familiar with business process management/reengineering tools.
- Experience in at least TWO government domains or sectors (such as Education, Social Development, Transport, Police & Immigration, Health, Municipalities, etc).
- Experience in Government Business Process improvement/reengineering.
- Work experience in system analysis, e-service and business consultancy; of which a minimum of 5 years in e-government.
