Responsibilities

Collect and analyze economic data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and key economic indicators.
Support the development of economic models and forecasts to assist in decision-making processes.
Contribute to the preparation of detailed economic reports, presentations, and policy briefs.
Collaborate with senior analysts to conduct industry-specific research and market assessments.
Assist in evaluating the economic impact of proposed regulations, policies, and business strategies.
Monitor global and regional economic trends to provide timely insights for internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in client meetings, assisting in the presentation of findings and recommendations.
Help in managing and organizing large datasets and ensuring data quality for accurate analysis.
Stay updated on relevant economic theories, methodologies, and tools to improve analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
3 years of experience in economic consulting or related roles.
Strong understanding of economic principles, data analysis, and market research techniques.
Proficiency in economic modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis software (e.g., Stata, R, or similar tools).
Experience with data visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
