Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and resilient backend systems using modern technologies (.NET/C#).
• Lead architecture decisions and ensure adherence to clean code principles and coding standards.
• Build and maintain microservices with a focus on modularity, fault tolerance, and data integrity.
• Develop and optimize relational database structures, write efficient SQL queries, and manage data access using Entity Framework Core or similar ORM tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and frontend developers to deliver reliable and secure software solutions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and participate in code reviews and automated testing processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve existing systems to ensure long-term maintainability and performance.
• Document software designs and actively contribute to engineering best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET/C#, relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL), and ORM frameworks (especially Entity Framework Core).
• Demonstrated experience in building and supporting production-ready systems in either cloud or on-premises environments.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and developing distributed microservices-based applications.
• Proficiency with software development lifecycle tools including Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and monitoring solutions.
• Familiarity with additional programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
