Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the company’s brand strategy and business goals.
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Create engaging and relevant content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, to drive audience engagement and increase followers.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry changes to adapt strategies and keep the brand ahead in the market.
- Coordinate and manage online advertising campaigns, including paid social media, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) for marketing and social media efforts, providing regular reports on ROI and campaign performance.
- Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with product launches and promotions.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant third parties to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay up-to-date on compliance and advertising regulations related to the tobacco industry and ensure all marketing activities comply with legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of tobacco industry regulations is an advantage.
