Responsibilities
- Develop complex inventory control and warehouse strategies.
- Manage all warehouse operations to ensure efficient product flow and distribution.
- Utilize technology systems to optimize stock levels and operational metrics.
- Lead and supervise team members.
- Manage budgets and costs.
- Collaborate with the logistics team and suppliers minimizing transit costs by improving performance.
- Provide insights and regular reports on stock movement and KPIs.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven 6+ years of experience in warehouse management, ideally within the logistics and transportation industry.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies
- Strong organization skills and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and develop a team.
