Conduct interviews and workshops with business process owners and subject matter experts to understand and map existing processes.
Apply Business Process Management (BPM) techniques, including process modeling (BPMN 2.0), business rule definition, data use analysis, and workflow optimization.
Design and analyze current (As-Is) process flows; structure business processes into hierarchical levels, identifying processes, sub-processes, activities, and tasks.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for processes; identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and recommend or implement process redesigns to achieve performance targets.
Utilize BPM modeling tools, particularly ARIS, to create and manage process models.
Analyze processes to uncover issues related to cost, quality, effectiveness, and efficiency; trace root causes and develop effective solutions.
Document process policies and procedures, creating comprehensive manuals to support continuous improvement and operational consistency.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in excellence or management consulting.
Proven success in executing excellence enhancement initiatives across diverse industries.
Expertise in business model innovation, operational efficiency, and organizational design.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex strategic projects and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and process performance measurement and optimization.
Hands-on experience with BPM tools, particularly ARIS.
Skilled in analyzing and redesigning business processes to align with strategic goals.
Fluent in English and Arabic (both are essential).
Preferred certifications: ISO, Lean Six Sigma, or an MBA.
