Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Maintain records of sales, inventory, and out-of-stock situations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies (YAP) and optimize stock levels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Ensure products are displayed per company standards and train retail staff.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance.
  • Address local market challenges and implement solutions for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in FMCG or field operations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Willingness to travel, valid driver’s license, and proficiency in English.
