Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain records of sales, inventory, and out-of-stock situations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies (YAP) and optimize stock levels.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Ensure products are displayed per company standards and train retail staff.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance.
- Address local market challenges and implement solutions for growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in FMCG or field operations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, results-oriented, and adaptable.
- Willingness to travel, valid driver’s license, and proficiency in English.
