Conduct interviews and workshops with business process owners and subject matter experts to understand and document existing processes.
Apply Business Process Management (BPM) techniques, including process modeling (BPMN 2.0), business rule definition, data use analysis, and workflow optimization.
Design and analyze current ("As-Is") process flows, deconstruct and organize business processes into hierarchical levels, identifying processes, sub-processes, activities, and tasks.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for processes; identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and recommend or implement redesigns to achieve performance objectives.
Utilize BPM modeling tools (e.g., ARIS) to create, document, and manage process models effectively.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in excellence or management consulting.
Proven track record of leading and executing excellence or operational enhancement projects across multiple industries.
Deep understanding of business model innovation, operational efficiency, and organizational design.
Strong background in managing complex strategic initiatives, engaging with senior stakeholders, and delivering high-quality, actionable outcomes.
Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and process performance measurement methodologies.
Hands-on experience with BPM tools, particularly ARIS.
Demonstrated experience in analyzing and redesigning business processes to align with strategic goals.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
Fluent in English and Arabic (both are essential).
Preferred certifications: ISO, Lean Six Sigma, or an MBA.
