Responsibilities
Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and compliance with trade programs.
Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and out-of-stock situations; coordinate with distributors for stock management.
Maintain records and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships to support business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and support the execution of strategies to increase market share and sales.
Implement and audit merchandising standards; train retail staff on proper execution.
Collect and analyze market data, competitor activities, and promotional effectiveness to inform decisions.
Report territory insights and recommend actions to improve performance and address local challenges.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in FMCG or territory management.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
Willingness to travel within the territory with a valid driver’s license.
Proficient in English.
