Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and compliance with trade programs.

  • Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and out-of-stock situations; coordinate with distributors for stock management.

  • Maintain records and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships to support business growth.

  • Identify new business opportunities and support the execution of strategies to increase market share and sales.

  • Implement and audit merchandising standards; train retail staff on proper execution.

  • Collect and analyze market data, competitor activities, and promotional effectiveness to inform decisions.

  • Report territory insights and recommend actions to improve performance and address local challenges.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in FMCG or territory management.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.

  • Willingness to travel within the territory with a valid driver’s license.

  • Proficient in English.
