Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the medical software market
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in the healthcare sector
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Understand and address client needs, and provide tailored software solutions
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and report on sales performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics

Qualifications

  • 3 to 4 years of sales experience in the medical software or healthcare technology industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its software needs
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage leads, track customer interactions, and forecast sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field (preferred)
