Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and develop tailored hardware and infrastructure solutions.

Design, architect, and present server, storage, and cloud-based solutions based on customer needs and industry best practices.

Conduct product presentations, solution demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions for clients.

Lead responses to RFPs/RFQs including solution design, technical documentation, and cost estimation.

Evaluate customer infrastructure environments and provide sizing, compatibility, and migration guidance.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and vendor technologies (Microsoft, Dell, HPE, Cisco, Lenovo, etc.).

Act as a technical advisor to clients and internal teams throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.

Coordinate with vendors and partners to obtain optimal pricing, licensing, and solution components.

Train and mentor junior pre-sales and technical staff.
Required Technical Skills
-
Solid understanding of enterprise hardware including servers, storage systems (SAN, NAS, DAS), and backup solutions.

Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS) and hybrid infrastructure.

Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, etc.).

Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, firewalls, routing, switching).

Knowledge of IT infrastructure architecture, capacity planning, and security considerations.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

6+ years of experience in pre-sales, systems engineering, or solution architecture within the IT infrastructure space.

Strong vendor relationships and certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Dell, HPE, Cisco) are a plus.

Proven ability to engage with clients at both technical and executive levels.

Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
-
Fluency in English and Arabic.
