Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure healthy financial liquidity and stability.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Work closely with senior management to set financial goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and internal policies.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
- Supervise and develop the finance team to maintain high performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and operations teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to ensure efficient financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CMA is a plus).
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Finance Manager or in a senior financial role.
- Strong knowledge of cash flow management and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound financial decisions under pressure.
- Previous experience in the laboratory analysis equipment industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
