Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement advanced computer vision and machine learning algorithms for tasks such as object detection, image classification, segmentation, tracking, and facial recognition.

Work with large-scale image and video datasets to train and evaluate models, ensuring high performance and efficiency.

Optimize machine learning models and deploy them into production environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into end-user applications or products.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in computer vision and machine learning research and apply them to practical challenges.

Conduct experiments, analyze results, and continuously refine algorithms to meet product requirements and KPIs.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members when needed.
Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; PhD is a plus.

Strong experience with computer vision libraries such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.

Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and algorithms including CNNs, RNNs, transformers, and reinforcement learning.

Deep understanding of computer vision concepts such as image processing, feature extraction, object detection, and tracking.

Strong programming skills in Python.

Experience working with large-scale datasets and applying effective data preprocessing techniques.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying and scaling models.

Experience with version control systems like Git and working within agile development environments.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

2–3 years of relevant professional experience in computer vision and machine learning.
