Responsibilities
Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of technical and commercial proposals in response to RFPs and RFQs.
Review tender documents, define deliverables, and ensure proposals meet all client and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, commercial, operations) to gather necessary inputs and develop compelling, accurate proposals.
Prepare pricing structures, cost estimates, and ensure alignment with financial and strategic objectives.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to enhance proposal strategies and positioning.
Support business development initiatives by contributing to client presentations and maintaining relationships during the pre-award phase.
Maintain internal documentation, track proposal progress, and submit regular reports to management.
Promote continuous improvement in proposal processes and contribute to departmental strategic goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal development or tendering.
Strong understanding of technical and commercial proposal requirements.
Excellent writing, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard proposal tools.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work cross-functionally.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
