Responsibilities
- Lead and manage foremen under your supervision, ensuring efficient execution of Aluminium installation projects.
- Attend client meetings to discuss project requirements and Aluminium works installation.
- Make on-site decisions regarding client approvals and installation processes.
- Review and monitor project schedules, identify deviations from planned timelines, and report findings to senior management.
- Coordinate closely with engineering and production departments to resolve any work discrepancies.
- Organize and conduct meetings with foremen to assign and discuss project tasks.
- Study and verify shop drawings to ensure aluminium panel installations meet approved specifications.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude with strong ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the Aluminium Fabrication industry.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
