Responsibilities
- Proven knowledge and understanding of ceramics manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, costing, pricing, procurement, inventory management, and managerial accounting.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in recruitment, performance management, and staff development.
- Solid background in operational management covering production, logistics, customer service, sales, marketing, business development, IT, HR, finance, and administration.
- Experience in developing and implementing business plans and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Proven success in business development, sales, and marketing, including retail, e-commerce, B2B, and new market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Management, or a related field; or a minimum of seven years’ experience in handicrafts development, arts, and crafts.
- Strong work ethic with commitment to transparency, accountability, empathy, and integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- Experience in driving and managing organizational change, with adaptability to evolving circumstances.
- Strong commitment to social impact and environmentally sustainable practices.
