Regional Investment Reporting Manager

- Manage and oversee the production of accurate and timely investment reports across multiple countries or regions.
- Coordinate with portfolio managers, analysts, and finance teams to gather and consolidate investment data.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in reporting.
- Analyze investment performance and trends, providing insightful summaries and presentations to senior management.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for reporting processes, automation, and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance reporting tools and platforms.
- Train and supervise junior reporting staff within the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in investment reporting, portfolio management support, or financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, markets, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in investment reporting software, databases, and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple countries and cultures.
