Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive environmental assessments to identify potential risks, impacts, and
opportunities for intervention.
• Develop and implement environmental projects that align with the organization's mission and
objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge and develop appropriate
training solutions.
• Collaborate with department heads and senior management to identify learning needs and
ensure training programs are relevant and effective.
• Manage the creation and delivery of e-learning modules and other digital learning resources.
• Oversee the administration of learning management systems (LMS) and ensure they are
effectively utilized.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to
continuously improve training offerings.
• Lead and mentor a team of training and development specialists.
• Manage the budget for the learning and development department.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A
Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPLP) is preferred.
• Proven 5+ years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a managerial
role.
• Experience in the education and training industry is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve training programs.
