Responsibilities:
- Manage import of transactional data from external applications into Channel Revenue Management.
- Spearheading new initiatives that enable growth, enhance our processes, and lower costs for our customers.
- Building strong partnerships with operations field leaders to identify the impact of new business initiatives in operations and successfully integrate and deploy them onsite.
- Innovate to improve customer experience and remove costs from our network.
- Analyze and solve operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes.
- Manage backlog of programs and coordinate prioritization with internal and external project owners.
- Build new tools and metrics that help streamline daily operations.
- Work with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems to support the growth of the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, engineering, or other technical field (or higher, e.g. MBA) or 2+ years’ Amazon experience.
- 5 + years of direct supervision experience in Operations, Consulting, Manufacturing, Production, Transportation, or Supply Chain.
- Experience managing an operations workforce while delivering on performance metrics and process improvement.
- Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.
- Candidates must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
