HR & Operational Excellence Manager

- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, development, retention, and exit
- Develop and ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
- Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, and performance management processes
- Lead succession planning, workforce readiness, and talent development strategies
- Drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar tools
- Optimize workflows, implement KPIs, and lead cross-functional efficiency projects
- Support organizational change, transformation, and continuous improvement efforts
- Design and deliver training, leadership development, and upskilling programs
- Promote a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation
- Champion DEI initiatives and employee engagement strategies
- Align HR and operational initiatives with business goals in partnership with leadership
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in HR and operational excellence roles
- Proven success in process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices
- Experience in change management, performance development, and succession planning
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to drive culture and organizational alignment
