Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for enterprise applications, payment gateways, and critical system integrations.
- Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks for API, UI, mobile, and performance testing.
- Perform advanced root cause analysis of production issues and complex defects across multiple systems.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines with quality gates and continuous validation.
- Conduct performance and load testing to validate system scalability and reliability.
- Prepare detailed test documentation including test plans, automation scripts, and quality metrics reports.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure end-to-end quality delivery.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with strong technical depth in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Hands-on expertise in test automation using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or REST Assured, with strong programming skills in C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex queries and database testing, with experience validating data integrity and backend logic.
- Strong experience in API testing and security testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Katalon Studio, OWASP ZAP, or Burp Suite, with the ability to identify vulnerabilities.
- Practical hands-on experience with AI-powered testing tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Applitools) and leveraging LLMs (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) for test generation, optimization, and visual testing.
- Performance and load testing experience using JMeter, LoadRunner, or k6 to ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with a self-driven mindset, strong attention to detail, and commitment to quality excellence.
