- Manage end-to-end implementation and onboarding of SaaS solutions for clients.
- Lead implementation teams and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Tech teams to ensure smooth and successful deployments.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Train clients on platform usage, best practices, and basic troubleshooting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Continuously improve onboarding processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or onboarding, preferably in fleet management, mobility, or rental solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience developing and optimizing onboarding playbooks, training materials, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
