Responsibilities
- Define product vision by identifying business needs and goals, turning challenges into valuable solutions.
- Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare clear specifications using plain text, use cases, and user stories in both Agile and fixed-scope projects.
- Create UML, BPMN, and other diagrams to visually represent requirements.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to conduct analysis and build wireframes across platforms.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring smooth communication.
- Support project and product managers in driving processes and delivering excellent results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer in IT.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of BA practices and techniques (BABOK v3).
- Familiarity with SDLC and software development methodologies.
- Experience in process modeling using BPMN and UML.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles and wireframing tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, Balsamiq).
- Knowledge of client-server architecture, APIs, mobile platforms, and network protocols.
- Experience working with distributed and multinational teams.
