Responsibilities
- Develop and lead comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client’s brand, objectives, and KPIs, including content direction, paid media planning, and campaign structure.
- Oversee the execution of all social media activities, content, design, community management, and paid ads, ensuring deliverables meet quality and performance standards.
- Monitor market and competitor trends, analyze campaign data (CTR, CPA, ROAS), and extract strategic insights to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with performance marketers on budget planning, media strategy, ad spend efficiency, and campaign optimization across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google.
- Serve as the main escalation point for social media accounts, leading client review meetings, presenting monthly/quarterly performance reports, and aligning with account managers on strategic direction.
- Mentor and guide the social media team, promote cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to new business proposals and pitches when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in social media marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial or strategic agency role.
- Deep understanding of paid media strategy, performance marketing, and digital analytics.
- Strong ability to translate data into strategic decisions and actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in client-facing contexts.
- Proficient in major ad platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients and timelines.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with strong report writing and verbal communication skills.
