Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements through engagement with stakeholders.
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications, workflows, and user stories.
- Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to align priorities and scope.
- Lead workshops, requirement sessions, and user acceptance testing with cross-functional teams.
- Assess and optimize existing business processes, designing workflows and interaction diagrams.
- Support project delivery by ensuring requirements are accurately implemented and validating delivered solutions.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or enterprise systems.
- Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and user story creation.
- Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and backlog management.
- Proficiency in business process modeling tools (BPMN, UML, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical skills to convert business needs into actionable solutions.
- Professional certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA) are an advantage.
