Responsibilities
Help keep all company policies, procedures, and documents organized in one central system (digital and physical).
Make sure documents are saved with the right version and older versions are archived properly.
Check policies for errors, overlaps, or formatting issues.
Ensure everyone uses the company’s approved templates and formats.
Support the review and approval process by coordinating with different teams like HR, Legal, and IT.
Track progress of policy drafts and approvals, keeping records up to date.
Stay informed about changes in rules, laws, or industry standards and flag when updates are needed.
Assist with audits by making sure documents are complete and easy to access.
Remind teams about policy reviews or renewals.
Help prepare simple summaries of policies and support awareness or training sessions.
Create reports to show the status of policies and highlight any gaps.
Act as the main contact for questions related to policies and documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Public Policy, Information Management, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of policy management, compliance, or document control.
Some experience working with different teams on policy or document-related tasks.
Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, Confluence, or other document management systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly.
Able to manage time well and work on several tasks at once.
