Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily HR operations, providing guidance and support to the team.
  • Develop and implement SOPs, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient HR processes.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, from job posting to on-
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of labor laws in Jordan and the GCC, ensuring all HR practices comply with local and regional laws.
  • Manage the implementation and utilization of HR systems such as ZenHR to streamline HR functions.
  • Foster a positive workplace environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment progress, and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the trading, pharmaceutical, or medical devices industries.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws in Jordan and the GCC region.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to travel to Bahrain for one week every month.
  • Proven experience in managing recruitment processes and payroll systems.
  • Experience implementing HR systems like ZenHR.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and current trends in HR technology.
