Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all operational activities related to aluminium fabrication projects.
- Coordinate with operational departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve project discrepancies.
- Organize and lead regular meetings with project teams including Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Foremen to review project progress.
- Monitor project schedules and identify any deviations from planned timelines.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between operational departments.
- Follow up on technical submittals and shop drawings with the Sales Department for approvals.
- Prepare operational updates and reports for higher management.
- Use project planning tools to track project progress and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Aluminium Fabrication industry, including experience as an Operations Manager.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Experience in managing operational teams and coordinating across departments.
- Knowledge of project planning software such as Primavera and MS Project.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to operational details.
