Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations including accounting, reporting, and financial controls.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit processes.
- Lead and develop the finance team while improving financial processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Professional certification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with leadership experience.
- Proven experience in the insurance sector is required.
- Strong analytical, financial reporting, and financial planning skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
