Responsibilities
- Independently handle typical project tasks, troubleshoot functional issues, and develop effective solutions.
- Resolve complex technical problems, including performance and integration challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product management, DevOps, and tech support.
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and enforce coding best practices through reviews.
- Drive process improvements and adopt industry best practices across design, testing, and development.
- Design technical solutions, decompose tasks, and deliver production-ready code.
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies and peer code/design reviews.
- Write and maintain clear technical documentation.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Java development.
- Proficient in the Spring ecosystem.
- Experience with RESTful API and messaging systems.
- Familiar with both relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, CloudWatch).
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as ReactJS, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Cloud Foundry, SplitIO).
- Knowledge of integration concepts and technologies (e.g., API-led, Event-Driven, REST, JSON, SOAP, XML).
- Experience with AWS services (e.g., ALB, EC2, S3, RDS Aurora).
- Understanding of Kubernetes and Docker orchestration.
- Knowledge of security standards (e.g., OAuth2, SAML, Vault, Okta Verify).
- Familiarity with web servers like Apache Tomcat and Apache HTTP Server.
