Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure healthy financial liquidity and stability.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.
Work closely with senior management to set financial goals and objectives.
Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and internal policies.
Evaluate investment opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
Supervise and develop the finance team to maintain high performance and accuracy.
Collaborate with sales, procurement, and operations teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to ensure efficient financial operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CMA is a plus).
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Finance Manager or in a senior financial role.
Strong knowledge of cash flow management and financial analysis.
Demonstrated ability to make sound financial decisions under pressure.
Previous experience in the laboratory analysis equipment industry is highly preferred.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
