Responsibilities
Sell the company’s products to clients while identifying and meeting their needs and expectations.
Negotiate and finalize sales contracts and agreements with clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Prepare delivery schedules and ensure timely coordination.
Increase company sales by acquiring new clients and exploring new opportunities.
Coordinate with clients regarding delivery timelines and payment follow-ups.
Update and develop promotional content in alignment with market demands.
Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information and purchase history, for future sales opportunities.
Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management, including sales activity, market movement, competitors, and promotional offers.
Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback and market needs.
Monitor market trends and competition to better meet client demands.
Address customer complaints and follow up on service requests and feedback.
Oversee the readiness of residential units and ensure timely handover to customers.
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer requirements and support company goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales.
Completion of relevant professional training programs is a plus.
High attention to detail and strong decision-making skills.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with modern technology tools and CRM systems.
