- Recommend career paths aligned with labor market demand.
- Develop strategies to raise student awareness of high-demand specializations.
- Suggest modern teaching and practical training methods.
- Recommend partnerships with industry for experiential learning.
- Advocate for ongoing evaluation and improvement of education programs.
- Propose policies to promote innovation and agribusiness development.
- Identify financial and technical support for agricultural startups.
- Recommend frameworks that support sustainable and climate-resilient practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Education, Workforce Development, or related field.
- Proven experience in curriculum development, workforce analysis, or agricultural training.
- Strong understanding of labor market trends and employer needs in the agricultural sector.
- Experience conducting surveys, interviews, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to develop policy recommendations and strategic initiatives.
- Familiarity with sustainable agriculture and agri-entrepreneurship models.
- Experience working with educational institutions and governmental agencies.
- Strong report-writing and presentation skills.
