Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Identify client requirements through site visits and provide customized HVAC solutions.

  • Prepare and present detailed technical proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and project specifications.

  • Maintain and grow the existing customer base while actively seeking new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, and support) to deliver seamless client solutions.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.

  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.

  • Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in HVAC sales within the Jordanian market.

  • Strong technical background in HVAC systems, with the ability to understand and explain complex solutions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
