Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify client requirements through site visits and provide customized HVAC solutions.
Prepare and present detailed technical proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and project specifications.
Maintain and grow the existing customer base while actively seeking new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, and support) to deliver seamless client solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.
Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events when required.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in HVAC sales within the Jordanian market.
Strong technical background in HVAC systems, with the ability to understand and explain complex solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
