Plan and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across performance, content, and lifecycle channels.
Analyze marketing performance and provide actionable insights using analytics tools.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to align marketing with business objectives.
Manage lifecycle marketing efforts, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
Segment users and build retention flows such as welcome series and win-back campaigns.
Launch and manage paid media campaigns across Meta (FB/IG), Google (Search/Display/YouTube), X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Stay informed on compliance and ad policy updates, especially in the financial and crypto sectors.
Implemented and managed technical tracking infrastructure, including pixel setup, event tracking, and conversion APIs; utilized basic SQL and CDP tools (e.g., Segment) to support data-driven marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4–6 years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, or consumer tech.
Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, and marketing unit economics.
Experience with lifecycle marketing platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io.
Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).
Awareness of crypto/fintech trends, platform policies, and ad compliance requirements.
