Analyze monthly retail audit data to track market share, distribution performance, and competitor positioning; translate findings into actionable strategies with field teams.
Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities; support strategic planning through deep-dive analytics and business intelligence tools.
Manage shipment planning and order processes with distributors, aligning internal teams and ensuring execution against volume targets.
Collaborate with sales teams to implement plans and promotions that support shipment and sales objectives.
Support budgeting and resource planning by partnering with stakeholders to ensure efficient use of financial and operational resources.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in commercial planning, demand forecasting, or financial/data analysis.
Proficient in data analytics and forecasting tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP, and Tableau.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to align diverse teams around strategic goals.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to extract insights from complex datasets.
