Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell medical products (e.g., devices, equipment, pharmaceuticals) to healthcare providers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and purchasing departments.
  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals in assigned territories.
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow market share.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest medical products, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events to build brand awareness.
  • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in all interactions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Business, or related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and goal orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
