Responsibilities
Drive design, implementation, execution, and optimization of customer projects/accounts.
Collaborate with customers to plan, design, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco products and solutions.
Assist with integration and implementation of tools, systems, and service assurance.
Support presales activities by translating business requirements into solution designs.
Build test lab simulations to validate complex problems and compatibility issues.
Create and deliver customer collateral, documentation, portals, and knowledge transfer.
Align technical deliverables with customer business outcomes and drive technology transitions.
Lead project/task execution, create/review design documents (HLD, LLD, migration plans).
Contribute to developing digital intellectual capital (scripts, automation).
Act as primary contact for resolving complex customer issues across multiple technologies.
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to optimize resource use and customer satisfaction.
Provide input to sales teams for technology demonstrations and presales engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Routing & Switching (R&S) technologies.
Deep expertise in R&S protocols and TCP/IP suite.
Experience with Cisco Enterprise solutions: SDA, DNAC, SDWAN (highly desired).
Cisco certifications (CCIE preferred).
Strong technical writing skills (HLD, LLD, migration plans).
Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience training and mentoring peers on networking technologies.
Scripting and automation knowledge is a plus.
Fluency in English required; French is a plus.
Availability to travel within EMEA region.
