Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall brand strategy
Ensure consistency in visual identity and messaging across all platforms.
Plan and manage seasonal and year-round marketing campaigns.
Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies for better ROI.
Lead marketing efforts for key launches and events.
Grow and manage the brand’s presence on Instagram and other digital platforms.
Oversee Instagram Shop and Shopify integration for online sales.
Create and schedule engaging content, including photos and video campaigns.
Collaborate on merchandise launches and exclusive product drops.
Implement digital sales strategies to boost merchandise revenue.
Plan and execute branded events, including open days and community programs.
Manage logistics, staffing, and promotion for each event.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and e-commerce (Instagram Shop, Shopify, Meta Business Suite).
Proven experience in sports and recreation event planning and execution.
Excellent visual and written communication skills.
Experience in sports or lifestyle branding is a major plus.
