Responsibilities
Consistently follow up on project performance, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Manage and supervise all technical aspects of construction projects, including the execution of project plans and schedules.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet specifications, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct inspections of materials, equipment, and installations to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project.
Provide guidance and support to project teams, review technical documentation, and proactively address potential technical risks.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure all technical requirements and specifications are clearly understood and met.
Prepare regular progress reports and perform additional duties as required by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering (or equivalent), with 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction and project management.
Strong expertise in project management principles, related software/tools, Quality Assurance/Control, and Occupational Health & Safety standards.
Proven ability to guide project teams, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements.
Effective in coordinating with clients and stakeholders, while promoting teamwork and cooperation across all project phases.
Strong planning, problem-solving, adaptability, and organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to compliance and risk mitigation.
