Responsibilities
Lead or participate in the design, implementation, and optimization of customer technology solutions.
Collaborate with customers to plan, configure, and troubleshoot network and data center infrastructure.
Assist in the integration and deployment of systems and service assurance tools.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions during presales and project delivery phases.
Build and test customer scenarios in lab environments to validate complex solutions.
Develop and deliver documentation, portals, and knowledge transfer sessions.
Ensure technical solutions are aligned with business goals and desired outcomes.
Guide customers through technology transitions, providing architectural and strategic direction.
Support internal policies, processes, and tools in line with service delivery objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in network or data center consulting.
Strong knowledge of Cisco ACI, VXLAN, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, vPC, QoS.
Experience with Cisco Nexus devices.
Understanding of data center architecture and cloud technologies.
Familiarity with Linux/Windows systems, virtualization, and scripting.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Fluent in English.
