Responsibilities
Addressing inquiries and requests from potential and existing clients, effectively communicating their needs to the relevant teams.
Manage new client inquiries via email and WhatsApp in a timely manner.
Follow established procedures to escalate unresolved issues to internal teams.
Cultivate trust and build lasting relationships with clients.
Introduce new products to both existing and new customers.
Collect user feedback on products and services, providing valuable insights to our business and technology teams.
Actively promote products and services to the public, contributing to ongoing market success.
Conduct product testing to gauge client interest before launch.
Provides support to various teams as assigned.
Qualifications
Strong written communication and client relations skills.
Detail-oriented with a quick and continuous learning ability.
High flexibility, willing to work as needed.
Knowledge of digital assets/blockchain technology is advantageous.
Demonstrated business ethics, a strong work ethic, and a drive to learn.
Passion for new technologies and startup environments.
