Responsibilities

  • Addressing inquiries and requests from potential and existing clients, effectively communicating their needs to the
    relevant teams.
  • Manage new client inquiries via email and WhatsApp in a timely manner.
  • Follow established procedures to escalate unresolved issues to internal teams.
  • Cultivate trust and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Introduce new products to both existing and new customers.
  • Collect user feedback on products and services, providing valuable insights to our business and technology
    teams.
  • Actively promote products and services to the public, contributing to ongoing market success.
  • Conduct product testing to gauge client interest before launch.
  • Provides support to various teams as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong written communication and client relations skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a quick and continuous learning ability.
  • High flexibility, willing to work as needed.
  • Knowledge of digital assets/blockchain technology is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated business ethics, a strong work ethic, and a drive to learn.
  • Passion for new technologies and startup environments.
